Let me explain.

I decided on Thanksgiving 2018, the day the top photo was taken, that things needed to change.

I had forgotten how to care for myself. I didn't recognize the person staring back in the mirror.

I wasn't always this way though.

Growing up, I was always an active kid, playing all the sports and enjoying life! I was a typical person living life - until I wasn't.

Five years ago, I was mentally and physically exhausted after six years of school and being in my first full-time job. In order to focus and graduate, my health and wellbeing were last of my priorities.

While all of my videos and teachings are all-levels, I am not liable for any injuries that may be caused by my videos. As well, during all of my videos I encourage every viewer to only go as far as they are comfortable with and anticipate that they will listen to their body.
